about.
My approach focuses on reconnecting individuals with their bodies through a deep influence on alignment of the body (through classic asanas), strengthening muscles & bones and releasing tension in both body and mind. Working with props such as blocks, blankets and bolsters, stops and chairs (the list goes on) allows for support and opening of different areas of the body that sometimes you are not able to achieve on your own. Building awareness and strength in the body, Iyengar Yoga can safely prepare you to work in your inversions.

“Sometimes our body is willing, but our mind is weak. Sometimes our mind is willing, but our body is weak. Do not be afraid. Strive to extend your capacity but do not be disappointed with yourself. What dose not challenge us, cannot change us.
